• It has no moving sides which gives it extra stability. The crib compensates with lack of flexibility by way of the low height so that it is still easy for the parents to take the baby out with ease
• Comes with a day bed conversion rail kit as well as full size head and foot board. This comes in handy when the baby outgrows the crib
• Can also be converted with a full size bed with a separate rail kit M4799

• Durability: this product is not the toughest to crack but not the easiest either. Just the right amount for its price. Since it is pine it does Dent and Scratch easily. If you go for the oak finish, these scratches will not be so highlighted.

• Assembly: There are mixed emotions about the assemble. But more people say it is easy than those who contradict this. I have noticed that those who have assembled this in a pair have found it extremely easy to assemble and some have been able to do it in as little as 45 mins.

• Sturdiness: Not a doubt about it, this crib is very sturdy and stable. Does not move or bounce.

• Aesthetics: Again, everyone who has bought this has loved the way this piece of furniture looks. Most people find the Kalani Crib very beautiful and love it. Espresso is the most popular color from what I have seen so far. The Cherry color of this crib does not match the usually cherry available in the market so if you are thinking of other cherry furniture which is not from Kalani, you might be a little disappointed to find it does not match.

• Overall: Overall, everyone who as bought The kalani crib or even the whole Da Vinci Kalani Collection seem to have a happy sentiment towards it. Except for the odd few complaints I have come across, most people are highly satisfied with the product itself. In the cases where I see a consumer is not happy that is usually due to poor service from the retailer rather then about the product itself. Consumers are especially happy about the low price and high quality.
